How To Cook Khinkali Dumplings

At our bakery, we sell our jumbo khinkali dumplings ready to eat or frozen, depending on when you would like to eat them.
When buying frozen, you now have the option to store them in your freezer until comes an evening when you’re craving something hot and juicy, and cook them yourself. To cook them, first, boil water in a pot and lightly salt it to your liking. Once the water comes to a boil, mix the water to form a whirl, then gently plop in the frozen goodies, tail down, into the water. Keep the temperature at high for 4 minutes with a lid on the pot. After the 4 minutes, slightly open the lid and set time of 14 minutes.
Now comes the best and most important time-eating them! Fish out the dumplings from the water and set on a plate. We like them best with butter on top and black ground pepper. To eat them, grab them by the tail, bite in, sip the broth, then eat away!
